Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer cancellations only prior to shipment, prior to download, and a minimum of 10 days before the scheduled service. In the event of a program change or cancellation, all registrants will be notified by email, phone, or mail and offered a full refund. We will investigate any and all concerns/complaints within 10 business days.

For those switching to the On-Demand version of a live seminar, a $20 processing fee will apply if the change is made at least 10 business days before the event, and the remaining price difference will be refunded. If the switch occurs within 10 business days of the event, no refund will be issued for the price difference.
